Constance, 33, from Perth, Australia, said that she was moved to share the snap after she was recently fat shamed.
She wrote: “I was told that my weight had become an issue and my fat rolls were disgusting.
“Fat doesn't roll around on our body.
“It grows in lumps and we are constantly being told where those lumps should reside.
“For years we needed slim waists and big breasts, then we were expected to be stick figures, then we were told fat is good if it's in the right place, t***, a**, thighs.
“Are we supposed to change or hope that our body type will be the next fad?”
Constance added that she would refuse to think badly of herself because of what someone else thought.
She said: “Everyone's body is unique, mine might not be your cup of tea but it is the only one I have, so it's time to make it mine.
“I refuse to look back when I'm 70 and feel like I let some f***head determine how I felt about this glorious body.”
