Woman who proudly shares photos of herself doing yoga NAKED on Instagram bites back at trolls who slammed her for nudity
Former cheerleader Kirsty Tavolacci, 21, says that baring all on Instagram is not about sexuality. And she is quick to fire back when she receives negative comments of her nude body
A YOGA-LOVER has revealed that stripping off and doing elaborate poses has helped her to practise body confidence.
Kirsty Tavolacci, 21, says that baring all on Instagram, where she has 30,000 followers, is not about sexuality but about “being herself”.
The social media star, from North Carolina, said that she wishes everyone could have the confidence to show off their “natural selves” in nature.
And she is so passionate about the practice that she is quick to fire back when she receives negative comments on images of her nude body.
While many people are positive about her clothes-less snaps, she has had rude comments in the past about the size of her breasts.
Kirsty is not afraid to hit back at negativity, and replied saying: “You would NOT like it if someone commented on your photos saying something negative about you.
“As a society we should be telling others they are beautiful and empowering them, not doing the opposite as you are doing right now.”
Kirsty was raised in New York before moving to South Carolina, and now regularly shares images of her nude body in front of a number of spectacular backdrops, including the Grand Canyon in Arizona and Arkansas, Denver.
Her many followers are quick to like the striking images and many of the shots include friends who have also bared all for the poses.
The former cheerleader, who posts on , said to the Sun Online: "I believe that the world we live in some people will just not understand what I am doing, and that is fine.
"I only have love to give out to the world & some people only know how to respond with negativity."
Kirsty first discovered yoga on January 1, 2016 and she completed her yoga teacher training in April during a 16-day intensive course in Hawaii.
