Nine-year-old boy moves into his own home on Gypsy Kids… and says all he needs now is a WIFE

Jack Joe, who lives on an Essex caravan site, is also the proud owner of a motorbike he can't drive for another EIGHT YEARS

A GYPSY boy has been given his own home at the age of NINE - because he was sick of sharing a bedroom with his younger sister Scarlet.

Jack Joe, who lives on a caravan site in Essex, now has his own trailer with a kitchen and en-suite bathroom - after moving out of the family home.

Appearing on Channel 5's Gypsy Kids, Jack Joe said: "I got my own trailer, now all I need is a wife."

"As you get older you just want to have a place of your own, where you can stay," he added.

"Most children’s parents wouldn’t let them move somewhere themselves so I feel like I can be trusted."

He also told the cameras: "My mum and dad think I am a fully grown man now, and I am coming to ten this year."

To mark his transition towards adulthood, Jack Joe's parents also gave him a wad of cash - to buy a motorbike he's nowhere near old enough to drive.

He explained: "It is important for Traveller boys to learn how to do deals because when they get older they have to do it, lots of them learn from their dads like I have."

Jack Joe ended up buying a three-wheeled trike, and managed to shave £300 off the owner's £1,800 asking price.

They eventually agreed on a sale for £1,500, despite the fact that Jack Joe won't be allowed to ride the bike for another eight years.

But, before accepting a grand and a half from a child of primary school age, the seller asked if he should check with his parents.

Jack Joe swiftly replied: "No I don’t need to I’ve got my own money."

He is the cousin of Romany Gypsy twins Abraham and Johnny Smith, 11, two keen boxers who describe themselves as "men in boys' bodies".

Last night's show also featured the biggest funeral in Traveller history - that of Paddy Doherty's dad Simon.

He spoke exclusively to Sun Online about throwing the funeral - with 16 matching Rolls Royces and THOUSANDS of mourners including 150 grandchildren
