Transgender woman spends £55,000 on cosmetic surgery to look like a Bratz doll including bum implants, four nose jobs and jaw slimming

A TRANSGENDER woman has spent almost £55,000 ($925,000 AUD) on cosmetic surgery in her quest to look like a Bratz doll.
Jolene Dawson, 21, from Australia's Gold Coast, had the majority of her procedures, which includes bum implants, four nose jobs and a jaw slimming operation, in the space of just six months when she was 19.
And she isn't finished yet, as Jolene is keen to have her Adam's apple removed and her belly button "sewn up" to complete the look.
She told how she realised she wanted to be a woman from a young age.
After watching the Bratz doll cartoons as a kid, Jolene realised they looked like what she perceived to be "beautiful".
She embarked on her transformational journey by starting out with chin surgery to achieve a more heart-shaped face.
She told : "When I was a child I used to watch Baywatch with my family, and I thought when I got big I was going to be like the characters wearing the swimsuits and not the shorts.
"I decided to go ahead with it when I was 19 and had [the cosmetic surgery] over a six-month period. But I’ve never been in a situation where I’ve felt rushed."
Jolene spent thousands on her cosmetic procedures, including a breast augmentation, forehead fillers and jaw slimming, as well as beauty treatments like a full-body hair removal.
She also had four nose jobs - costing almost five grand - several face lifts, fillers and Botox, and a lip lift.
Jolene, who buys and sells businesses for a living, funded all of her procedures herself and eventually intends on undergoing full gender reassignment surgery.
Despite attracting a lot of passing glances due to her striking appearance, Jolene said she pays no attention to cruel jibes - and is grateful to her family for supporting her surgery.
She explained: "I've always been really confident.

"If somebody doesn’t like me, it’s more a missed opportunity for them."
Jolene, who is currently single, is also very open with potential partners, admitting: "If you're going home with me, you're going home with all of me.
"And if you don't want all of me, then I don't want all of you."
