George at Asda, promoted the creature to feature on their latest festive jumper range.

They explained that desipte lacking the mystical qualities of a unicorn the llama is known for its friendliness and their adorable nature makes them the perfect mascot.

A spokesperson from George said: “The Llama is the perfect addition to our Christmas jumper collection, and we can see the Llama being more popular than the Unicorn this festive season.
