Agnes D, 61, from Lanarkshire couldn’t believe her luck when she received the email saying she’d won a car!
Agnes said: “I didn’t believe in a million years I would win a car. I thought I had a chance with winning the £500, not the car!”
Her first instinct was to phone up her husband and let him know about the lucky win, “He was like ‘no you didn’t’, and when I showed him the proof, he said that’s good then, we were planning to buy a new car next year!”
Agnes says this is definitely like having Christmas come early, and with the money they’ve now saved on buying a new car, they can go on a sunny January holiday.
We asked Agnes if she had any advice for other bingo players, “You never know when luck will strike”.
We’ll have to watch out for Agnes though, she said she’s feeling very lucky, and will definitely be playing Sun Bingo again soon.
Steve L, 54, from County Durham won a VW Up! when he played his daily Sun Bingo, he says it still hasn’t sunk in yet.
Steve says he thought things like this would never happen to him. He said, “This year, my luck has really come through, first I won a cruise this year, now a car, I wonder what is next!”
Steve plays every day, and he loves the community he’s found since playing. He’s made plenty of new friends who support each other's wins, they talk online, meet up occasionally, and chat about the new promotions that come out.
When asked if he was planning to play Sun Bingo anytime soon, Steve enthusiastically said ‘Yes! I’ve been back on it every day, and I actually won on Monday just gone.’
With all this luck coming Steve’s way, we asked him if he has any advice for new Bingo players.
“Have a sense of humour when you start playing, never hurts to have a laugh!” he said.
Michelle C, 50, from Pewsey still doesn’t believe it’s real that she’s won a car, she recently bought a new one and the clutch has gone, so this is extra lucky!
Michelle never expected to win a car, “I just went on that morning, won £400 quid, and thought that’s it.”
Michelle won an additional £500 a few days later.
Michelle said “Honestly speechless, I enter competitions all the time, and I never win anything.”
She’s looking forward to driving to lots of beautiful places in England in her new car.
