Asda are launching a retro homeware range… and it includes metallic rainbow glasses and disco ball fairy lights
Space meets nostalgia in the Cosmic Retro designer range
IF you spent the last year chasing unicorns, it might be time to change your homeware trends.
Asda are launching a new Cosmic Retro range which includes disco balls, lavalamps and pretty amazing metallic rainbow glasses.
Prices start at £6 – for a set of – while the and come in at £7 a pair.
According to designer Natalie Ratcliffe the new range, which combines “space age and retro,” is the must-have look of 2018.
And not a unicorn horn in sight.
Natalie, who is launching SIX new lines in store and online, said: “There’s something to appeal to each generation and we’ve even identified the next big youth trend that will be following on from the ever popular unicorn.”

The range also includes a, an and a Lava Lamp with rainbow glitter, at £17.
There’s also a – to replace the unicorn – which retails at £7 and a to light your way to bed, for £20.
The other ranges Asda are launching include the Botanic Bohemian range, which aims to bring nature inside the home, and Culture Clash, inspired by wanderlust and bringing influences from countries around the world.
