Holly Willoughby’s style inspiration revealed… and it looks like she gets tips from Christine Lampard and Frankie Bridge
HOLLY Willoughby has certainly upped her game in the style stakes in recent months, showing off her new slender frame in chic outfit after outfit.
Every day following her appearance on This Morning, fans eagerly flock to her Instagram page to see where they can get the look.
Her trendy, expansive wardrobe, featuring high-street labels such as Topshop, Marks & Spencer and Office, as well as pricier finds from designer stores, has been credited in part to celebrity stylist Angie Smith.
But it seems our Holly may also have taken style tips from some of her fellow TV presenters and celebs – and even the Duchess of Cambridge.
Stars like Christine Lampard and Frankie Bridge sported some of her most eye-catching ensembles months before Holly modelled them, according to .
Here we take a look at some of her copy-cat looks…
Holly turned heads in a gorgeous rainbow sequined frock on The Jonathan Ross Show in September.
But fashion fans were left disappointed when it emerged that Holly’s rainbow dress, from not only cost over £1,400, it had also sold out.
But it was Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon who first championed the look while filming the auditions in Balmain in February last year.
In November Holly looked pretty in pink, teaming a vibrant jumper with a black skirt and boots on This Morning.
But Christine Lampard wore it first, opting for a hot pink top and black skirt combo on ITV’s Lorraine a month previously.
Clearly Holly liked the colour combo; in January she teamed a baby pink slogan sweater with cotton black skirt for her This Morning stint.
This look could well have been inspired by former Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge, who was spotted in an almost identical outfit leaving The X Factor studios in October 2016.
Frankie isn’t the only Saturdays member whom Holly was looked to for style tips.
In November 2016, Holly donned a grey check pleated skirt identical to one worn by Rochelle Humes the month before.
In January Holly posted a snap of her in a gorgeous white dress with a pretty floral design.
But eagle-eyed fans may have spotted that Amanda Holden wore a very similar frock just days earlier, and also shared a photo of it online.
On this week’s episode of Dancing on Ice, Holly wowed in a floor-length blue gown by .
But the dress was a dead ringer for one by the same designer worn by the Duchess of Cambridge at the Royal Variety Performance in November.
Yesterday we told how Phillip Schofield was left in stitches after Holly thought Valentine’s music was played out of a balloon instead of studio speakers.
The hosts were being shown gift ideas for the romantic day, including a balloon that changed colour, but when the song Je T’aime started playing, Holly was left confused.
