Where was Meghan Markle’s hen do and who was on the exclusive guest list?
MEGHAN Markle's wedding to Prince Harry is set to be a lavish affair and will be watched by millions around the world - but what did she do for the hen do?
Here's what we know about the bridal bash...
What did Meghan Markle do for her hen do?
Meghan Markle reportedly held her hen do at luxury countryside spa retreat Soho Farmhouse, located in in the Oxfordshire countryside.
Though it's not been confirmed by either Kensington Palace or Soho Farmhouse, rumours are ride that it's where she took friends for some five-star pampering.
But not everyone loves the members-only retreat, Fabulous Digital editor Bella Battle described her experience of the farmhouse.
Meghan attended the very same spa with friend Millie Mackintosh back in September 2016, where Millie posted a photo of them riding bicycles.
The US actress, who weds Prince Harry in May, spoke to tourists on a visit to Edinburgh before saying the hen do was all "sorted".
It is thought Meghan’s friend Markus Anderson, a consultant for the Soho Group, organised the bash.
What is Prince Harry doing for his stag do?
It was claimed Meghan said: “Harry said he didn’t know about his. I’m sure William’s got something up his sleeve.”
Dickie Arbiter, formerly the Queen's press spokesman, told the Sun Online the loved-up prince's party days are well behind him - and he won't want to overshadow his big day with a stag do scandal.
Mr Arbiter, an expert on the Royals, told us: "Harry has reined himself in since the early days and the days of strip [billiards] in Las Vegas.
"It'll be a riotous time but he'll rein himself in. He knows what he can do and what he can't do."
Who attended Meghan Markle’s hen do?
It's not yet clear who attended Meghan's hen do - we imagine there was a strict 'no Instagramming' rule - but it's likely Meghan recruited a tight-knit group of friends.
Kate's status as a married woman ruled her out of being both a bridesmaid and a maid of honour, but she might have attended the hen do.
From an ex-Made In Chelsea star to a tennis hero, these are the women who may have joined Meg at the spa.
Serena Williams
Meghan Markle and Serena Williams have been best friends since meeting at a celebrity football game in 2014.
Meghan previously wrote on her lifestyle blog, The Tig: "We are both the same age, have a penchant for hot sauces, and adore fashion.
"But what connects us more than those things is perhaps our belief in exceeding expectations—our endless ambition."
Meghan has been spotted cheering on Serena at the US Open and Wimbledon, plus she sat front row at Serena’s New York Fashion Week presentation.
Priyanka Chopra
Another of Meghan’s close allies is Indian actress Priyanka Chopra.
Priyanka revealed: "We bonded as actors. We just became friends, like two girls would."
The two first met at a dinner celebrating women in television, and often share snaps of their evenings out together on Instagram.
Priyanka has also hit out at Meghan becoming known solely as ‘Harry’s girlfriend’.
"Sometimes women become plus-ones and guys become plus-ones. It's who is on the radar more," she told People.
"I think in an overall scheme of things, it's harder for girls to be able to make their own and stand for what they are, and I'm a girl love kind of girl."
Jessica Mulroney
Meghan is close friends with Jessica Mulroney, who is the stylist to Justin Trudeau and Canada's first lady Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau.
The pair first met when Meghan relocated to Canada when Suits began filming in Toronto.
Lindsay Roth
It is customary for former bridesmaids to return the favour when it is their turn to walk down the aisle, so will this writer appear in Meghan’s wedding party and at the hen do?
The TV producer and author of “What Pretty Girls Are Made Of” had Meghan as her bridesmaid in August 2016.
The actress gushed about the big day on her social media account, and wrote under one image: “I have to put this picture up because @lindsayjillroth looks SO beautiful here. I can't take it. #blushingbride #friends”.
Millie Mackintosh
Former Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh has been friends with Meghan since 2016, and the pair have matching friendship bracelets.
They are believed to have been on a month-long travelling trip together.
In November, Meghan spoke to Women’s Health about the 28-year-old socialite, saying: “My friend Millie Mackintosh raves about his workouts, so I’ll call her up to do a class together next time I’m back in London.”
Sarah Rafferty
It was rumoured Meghan’s co-star in Suits, Sarah Rafferty, could have been part of Meghan’s inner circle and invited to the bash.
Playing secretary Donna, Sarah has tactfully dodged questions about their relationship in the media.
The actress is earmarked to be at the wedding, if she didn’t make the hen.
Abigail Spencer
Another Suits actress who could have joined in celebrations is Abigail Spencer, who plays Dana Scott.
Prior to Meghan and Harry’s relationship going public Meghan often cropped up on Abigail’s Instagram page.
Another contender for who made up the hen do guest list, and will likely be seen at the wedding.
