Surgeon who pioneered the Brazilian bum lift reveals how to get a perfect peach without the £10k surgery

WOMEN wanting a shapely, well-rounded bum needn't go under the knife.
The french surgeon Dr Foued Hamza - aka the world's most prolific bum lift surgeon - has admitted that there are tricks to getting a great derrière without spending £10k.
The world-renowned surgeon pioneered the Brazilian Bottom Lift surgery over 10 years ago, and has a list of celebrities on speed dial.
Nicknamed the 'clay sculptor', he charges between £6,500 and £10,000 for the surgical procedure and is considered one of the best of his kind.
Speaking to , he reveals there's a lot you can do to get a peachy posterior - and without going under the knife.
From choosing jeans with pockets to finding your inner zen, there are ten crucial steps you can follow...
It's no secret that women around the world are paying for a bum like Kim Kardashian-West, or wanting Beyonce's perfectly-shaped derriere, or Iggy Azalea's well-rounded bottom, but before you book in for a consultation, there are a number of things you can do.
His number one tip is to get squatting - stop putting them off in the gym because they make a huge difference.
Dr Foued says: "Squat every other day and allow your muscles a day to repair and grow on your 'rest' days.
"After three weeks of consistency, graduate to using resistance or weight.
"As always, practice good posture and vary the style of squat with each workout."
He recommends focusing on your diet and think of the nutrients your body needs.
Getting a peachy bum could even be as simple as going shopping for a new wardobe.
Dr Foued continued: "Wearing the right clothing that gives the illusion of a bigger bum ... Find jeans with pockets that give the illusion of a bigger bum."
And stocking up on new waist belts could also do the trick because they cinch in your middle, giving you volume where's needed.
Taking supplements could also help your mission for a great butt
"Notably found in soy, this plant derived compound is found in a wide array of other foods.
"Most known for its benefit of lowering menopausal symptoms, it can also enhance a woman's curves.
"It mimics human oestrogen and adds extra weight to all of the areas you want it - like your bum rather than your face, stomach or arms," the surgeon said.
Interestingly he's all for electronic muscle stimulation (EMS).
Dr Foued clarified: "The process of EMS is quite simple; electronic pulses are created by a small device and delivered to electrode pads which are placed on the skin.
"The pulses cause muscles to contract and relax, which promotes growth in that area.
"Placing pads on your buttocks not only fosters muscle toning, but also is a great way to help avoid soreness after a tough workout!"
As well as gym work, it's about finding that inner zen, too!
Dr Foued recommends you get your yoga mat out: "Not only is yoga a great way to relax, it also can help tone your bum.
"Cobra pose and locusts pose are both great places for beginners to start."
And another top tip is to moisturise your behind.
Do you sometimes forget to do that? Join the club.
Dr Foued said: "Just like anywhere else, the skin on your bottoms needs to stay hydrated!
"This is especially important if you are working to increase muscle, as you may see stretch marks due to growth.
"By using a moisturiser, you can help keep your bottom smooth and skin elastic!"
Lastly, the bum lift surgeon's top tip is to learn your angles.
"As they say, 'fake it till you make it,'" he said.
"While you are working away on sculpting your bottom, it is worth learning how make sure your bottoms looks its best in photos!
"By angling your bum towards the camera, and the rest of your body away, you can mimic the effect of a larger bum. Anything that is closer to the camera will always appear larger in photographs."
