FRUIT DRINK: Drinkfinity have a clever new system – a bottle you fill with water and combine with a pod containing dry and liquid products for a low-cal drink.
Great for on the go.
The Mango Oats Flow contains orange juice and oat bran. Very refreshing but shake well first. Just 55cals per 500ml with a healthy 15.8g of fibre.
MILK DRINK: Alpro have just introduced a chilled version of their oat drink.
With no added sugar, vitamins B2, B12 and D, this is a great product.
It tastes lovely, not too sweet and with a slightly dry, oaty flavour.
I prefer it to soya milk because it is less creamy.
It has just 44cals and 1.5g of fat per 100ml. I love it on cereal.
BAR: Deliciously Ella’s oat bar range is, er, delicious.
The apple, raisin and cinnamon bar is perfect for an evening snack because cinnamon helps you relax and alleviates stress.
They are 52 per cent oats and just over 200cals per bar.

BUDGET – : Enriched with camelia flower extract and lavender flower water to provide hydration as well as helping to calm and soothe skin.
Felt wet and was a bit fiddly to apply but left skin looking dewy and fresh. Fantastic for the price.
MID-RANGE – : Each treatment drenches skin in a double dose of hyaluronic acid and contains collagen, elastin, plus vitamins C and E.
Mask comes in two parts, but it was so saturated the serum was dripping from my face.
Skin looked brighter afterwards but I would prefer it if the mask wasn’t so wet.
