Hunter's training programme consisted of weight lifting sessions five to six days a week, according to .

The 24-year-old also included 20 to 30 minute cardio sessions each day.

He said the biggest challenge wasn't the exercise but his diet, which he credits with having the biggest impact on his drastic transformation.

Hunter told DailyMail.com he would eat chicken, sweet potatoes, porridge, salad, nuts and protein shakes, in a typical day to fuel his gruelling exercise regime.

And on top of that he banished any booze and sugary drinks, drinking tones of water instead.

Sounds tough, but with results like that Hunter is proof hard work DOES pay off - and fast.
