Alex Reid: Katie Price forced me to come out as a transvestite for her own financial gain
ALEX Reid is sickened ex-wife Katie Price keeps talking about their sex life - especially as he believes she only outed him as a transvestite for
her own financial gain.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, he raged: "She brought Roxanne out and she's the one who keeps talking about her.
On Tuesday, Katie, 37, spoke about her ex-husband's cross-dressing as she made her debut on ITV panel show Loose Women.
During a segment about Eddie Redmayne's new film The Danish Girl - which tells the true story of Einar Wegener, one of the first people to go through a surgical sex change - the mum-of-five was quick to bring up the subject of her former love, and his alter ego, Roxanne.
Reacting to a clip, she admitted: "I can't wait to watch the film because I believe I have been in a similar situation.
"Every individual is different in how they do things, but obviously one of my husbands liked to dress as a woman, whether he'll end up being a woman, who knows, only he would know that."

But now Alex, 40, has hit back, and claims that the only reason people know about Roxanne is because she forced her out in to the open.
The first time the public saw Alex in womens clothing was at the 2009 launch of Katie's style tome, Standing Out.
To promote the book, Katie was flanked by Alex, horse trainer Andy Gould, her brother Daniel Price and stylist Phil Turner, who all wore a version of an outfit that she had stepped out in before.
But in hindsight, Alex wishes he had never gone along with it.
He said: "The only reason people know about Roxanne is because she exposed me at her book launch - and even then they didn't meet the real her,
they met Katie's version of Roxanne - one she had conjured up for her own financial and business gains.
"I begrudgingly did that, I remember having an argument with her about it.
"She said I didn't have to do it, but I thought then it might look worse if I was a no show, as it would look like I was hiding away and I'm not like that, I'm a fighter, I'm a warrior.
"I didn't want what I did privately to be forever in all the newspapers.
There's not many things I regret, but I regret that book launch."
Since then life for Alex - who considers himself "a sexually liberated Spartan" - has never been the same, and something he used to do in private or in the company of close friends has become fodder for public ridicule.
He says: "A while ago after I split up from Chantelle [Houghton], Keith Lemon spent about three weeks making fun of me being a crossdresser on Celebrity Juice, and I wasn't even on the show.
"It was continuous mockery."
Katie's comments on Tuesday shocked Alex, who was having his haircut as she unbeknown to him told the nation that she "wouldn't be surprised" if he had a full sex change in the future.
Alex says: "My father passed away recently, and I wanted to show my hairdresser some pictures and videos on my phone when I started getting Twitter notifications saying 'chin up mate, don't worry about her'.
"When I got home I watched show on catch-up and I was sickened. My family is grieving, they don't need this.
"I don't want - especially on daytime TV - for her to be talking about my private sex life.
"She says she doesn't want to talk about me, or give me airtime but she continues to talk about me - it's disgusting.
"I don't want my family and my daughter - let alone her own kids - to hear this stuff.
"And I'm aware that my daughter [with Chantelle], Dolly, could potentially be bullied over this in the future.
"Furthermore, her ridiculing me is inciting prejudice and hate against trans people."
Alex also believes Katie's continuous references to his cross-dressing persona raises other moral questions that haven't been addressed.
"She's attacking Roxanne, and no one is defending her," he says.
Watching the show didn't just leave Alex feeling angry with his ex-wife, he believes that the whole panel needs a lesson or two about how best to deal with sensitive topics to do with sexuality and lifestyle choices.
He adds: "There were some sniggers from the panel, and that is very distressing to me and very upsetting. They need to speak from an educated standpoint.
"We're on the crest of a wave regarding trans-rights, and their reaction is damaging to the community, and to individuals dealing with their own
private struggles.
"Coleen Nolan said 'I'm not going to say anything or I'll get in to trouble' - well she's on a panel being paid to talk about a subject and now she won't talk about it?
