The Queen’s favourite handbag brand have released a new range in millennial colours so all of us can feel royal
Launer are now offering customisation for bags that can come in a variety of bold colours, greatly different to her royal highness' signature black
THE QUEEN has an off-the-wall collection of colourful clothes that certainly catch the eye, but when it comes to her handbags she prefers something more subtle.
It is rumoured that she owns 200 of the same practical black handbag that she is often seen clutching, but for some the sombre colour she dons doesn't fit their style.
Handbag designer are offering the signature bag in a range of customised bright colours from yellow to turquoise, and pink to violet, in order to appeal to a millennial audience.
The royal accessory makers have even released a new collection, 'Pastel Perfection', which features lighter colours including blush pink and baby blue.
Some of the designs from the royal warranted store offer more out-there features including snakeskin, lizard scales and even a crocodile back print.
It doesn't come cheap, though, with even the Queen's staple piece, the Traviata bag in patent black, coming in at an eye-watering £1850.
The brand new customised service comes at no extra charge though - so if you're willing to pay for the bag, you really can mix and match to your heart's content with colours and textures.
The four main material pieces of the accessory and even the mirror inside the bag can be changed to match your colour preference - and initials can be added from £30.
Once you've chosen a style on the website, you receive a 3D image of your bag and then you can mix and match colour palettes until you find one that's perfect.
Some of the pastel colours featured in the new pastel collection are also available in the service, and once you've paid for your order it is promised to be at your door within 21 days.
As for the most of us who can't afford to shop like royalty, let's hope that these designs quickly trickle down to the influence of the high street.
