Balenciaga is selling a branded LANYARD for £225… so would you buy it?

BALENCIAGA is renowned for its somewhat off-the-wall fashion accessories.
Last spring the luxury fashion house launched a £1.6k tote bag which looked exactly like an IKEA shopping bag that you can pick up for 40p.
Since then we've had the infamous Balenciaga platform Crocs, and the "blanket bag", which basically looked like a run-of-the-mill plastic duvet bag.
Now, as part of its latest collection, the brand is selling a Balenciaga-embossed lanyard - and it'll set you back £225.
The accessory - perfect if you're the type of person who's always losing your keys or work pass - is made from lambskin and features a lobster clasp fastening.
If you're not sure your budget can quite stretch to this (eh hem), you could splash out on this everyday printed leather keychain, which is priced at a modest £175.
Last year Balenciaga got panned for their incredibly bizarre shoe-trousers with BUILT-IN stilettos.
