She took to social media to reveal her go-to morning sweet treat
VICTORIA Beckham has revealed her go-to breakfast item - and of course, it contains zero calories.
The 44-year-old fashion designer took to Instagram to gush about Sweet Leaf's liquid stevia drops - with the mum-of-four being especially partial to the chocolate and caramel flavours.
The sweet drops are also available in coconut, vanilla and plain.
And it seems Vic is looking to stock up.
While the sweetener is widely available in the US, Victoria might be having trouble sourcing the product in the UK.
She asked followers: "Anyone know where I can get them in London?"
With zero calories, stevia is a popular alternative for those looking to reduce or cut down on sugar - and it's 200 times sweeter.
"I get up quite early, around 6am, and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school," explained Victoria. "I'll then fit in another hour's workout before I go to the office. I'm very disciplined, I have to be. It's really the only time in the day I get to myself."
Last year, Victoria shared a photo of a bottle of on her Instagram Stories, captioning the photo: "Be brave! Two tbsp first thing on an empty tummy! x" and encouraging her followers to try.
Whatever Vic's doing, she does look incredible. Last weekend, the businesswoman stepped out to support husband David at Men's London Fashion Week, wearing a striped dress from her AW18 collection. The outing came just days after the couple - who have been married for almost 19 years - were forced to deny divorce rumours.
