Wife discovers husband is cheating just days after he has a stroke when she finds his ‘secret’ phone… and doesn’t know what to do next
Tidying up her home after her partner was rushed to hospital, the woman discovered a hidden mobile - and evidence of an affair

A DEVASTATED woman found her husband had a secret phone while he was critically ill in hospital - and discovered he was having an affair.
She revealed details of her heartbreaking situation on a , explaining that she didn't know what to do - and didn't want to visit him.
"I love him but I hate him," she said. "I don't want to visit but he's ill."
Giving details of the situation, she explained she felt stuck because they had children together who were understandably devastated by his sudden sickness.
She said: "Monday night my husband had a stroke, to say it was awful is an understatement.
"He's been transferred to a specialist hospital an hour from home. Before visiting today I cleaned up and discovered a secret phone."
She continued: "Now we've been here before, years ago. I forgave, believed in second chances and thought we were good.
"It's the same woman. It stopped for years but started last year. To say I'm devastated is putting it mildly.
"I've spoken to her and know all the juicy details. But he's in and out of consciousness.
"Briefly I told him I know and he just stared at me. Told me he's sorry and loves me."
She went onto say his mistress, having not heard from him, kept ringing his secret phone.
Other Mumsnetters had a huge amount of sympathy for her - and contrasting advice.
One woman said she stick around for now, for the sake of the children. She said: "I would get through this time now, purely for the children's sake.
She continued: "Otherwise I would leave him to it. The children need to see him, though I could kick the s*** out of him for you."
Another said she should dump him - irrespective of the illness.
"I wouldn't be supporting him," she said. "He made your marriage vows null and void when he broke his own. Leave her name and number on a note beside his bed. I would take the [children] for regular short visits, while he's in, but that's it."
