ATTENTION teddy fans! Build-A-Bear are allowing shoppers to walk away with a new stuffed toy simply by paying their age.
The popular chain is hosting a “Pay Your Age” Day, meaning parents of toddlers can fork out just a couple of pounds for a new plush toy of their choice.
The promotional offer is taking place on Thursday July 12, and is being held in honour of Build-A-Bear's new 'Count Your Candles' birthday experience.
Shoppers of all ages can take advantage of the teddy deal, but you’ll have to head to a store for it to be valid.
Any teddy in the collection is available to buy with the deal, and it could be an affordable present for a child in your life.
And with some of the pricier Build-A-Bear collectables, such as the Star Wars characters costing up to £27, it could be a bargain buy for any young adults too.
In order to qualify for the deal, adults buying teddies for kids must bring them along at the time of purchase.
Simply sign up the free Build-A-Bear bonus reward scheme online or give your email and name at the time of purchase to get involved.
Build-A-Bear CEO Sharon Price John told : "We have overwhelming data that indicates Build-A-Bear is synonymous with childhood, and nearly one-third of our sales are associated with birthdays.
"We 'heart' birthdays at Build-A-Bear, so we're hosting the Pay Your Age Day to launch our year-round 'Count Your Candles' offer for guests celebrating a birthday with us in stores-an experience we designed especially to commemorate birthdays in a memorable way."
