Primark release dupe of Huda Beauty’s Mauve Obsessions eyeshadow palette – but it’s £22 cheaper
The high-street retailer unveiled the new beauty launch on its Instagram page yesterday
WANT to update your make-up bag for autumn but on a budget?
Primark has launched a new eyeshadow palette, featuring nine berry-inspired shades for just £3.
The high-street retailer unveiled the new beauty launch on its Instagram page yesterday.
The Berry Velvets compact is one of three new palettes and includes all the colours you need for a pink-hued smokey eye.
The Primark drop appears to have been inspired by Huda Beauty's latest launch – the Mauve Obsessions palette.
Priced at £25, the high-end shadows features nine shimmering metallics, deep plums and warm nudes.
Fans called out the similarities between the two palettes on social media.
"At least we don't have to fork out Huda Beauty prices now," one commented, as another said: "It looks a lot like Huda Beauty!"
Another joked: "Huda Beauty who?!"
But this isn't the first time Primark has duped a designer brand.
Earlier this year, we revealed how the store has created £4 copies of three cult Urban Decay palettes.
And, Primark has launched a new £3 airbrush foundation… and beauty fans are obsessed.
Plus, Primark’s own-brand cosmetics are now cruelty free and animal-loving shoppers are chuffed.
