BEING a member of the royal family means Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a list of titles and names associated with them.
The couple are now the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and both have official first names you don't often hear – Henry and Rachel.
But Meghan let slip an insight into what the couple call each behind closed doors.
The royals are known for having peculiar nicknames for each other, including Gan Gan, Sausage, Gary and Tungsten.
And it seems this royal couple are no different from any other, with pet names for one another.
Normally a secret between the two, Meghan likely broke royal protocol by referring to her husband by his nickname.
The 37-year-old spilled the beans while the pair attended a special viewing of Hamilton, which also saw Prince Harry burst into song.
Standing in line, Meghan was caught on camera turning around to Prince Harry and calling him “my love”.
Worried she was blocking his view, the former actress says: “Can you see my love?”
The phrase was picked up by cast members stood around, who immediately responded with choruses of “awws”.
And realising her gaffe, Meghan cries “oh!” and clutches her hand to her chest, suitably embarrassed.
We only wonder what Prince Harry’s pet name is for Meghan.
Yesterday we told how Meghan Markle’s style icon is Angelina Jolie… and here are all the looks she stole from the A-list star.
We also revealed why you’ll likely never see Meghan or Kate Middleton wearing orange.
