Kendall Knight, Tess Holliday and Kylie Jenner are loving the ‘Power Pose’ on Instagram – and it shows they mean business
It gives the impression of confidence
FROM the "plandid pose" to the "straddle", celebrities and influencers know all about using camera trickery to help them look their best on Instagram.
But now they seem to be stripping everything back, working the "power pose" to show their followers who they really are.
It's the easiest Instagram trend to pull off.
All that's involved for the person being photographed is standing up straight, looking directly at the camera and pulling a serious face.
But while there's no need to contort your body into an uncomfortable position or mindlessly grin into the ether, is does take some bravery.
Everything is on display, and there are no "good angles" to play with.
We love that the "power pose" gives the impression that these women are confident, proud and mean business.
And for that reason, we hope to see more of it on our feeds.
Celebrities who've tried it include Dua Lipa, Kylie Jenner, Ferne McCann and Caroline Flack.
Would you give it a go?
