River Island is selling a stylish £70 jacket that looks just like Balmain’s £1,495 designer version – can you tell the difference?
Balmain's designer jacket isn't cheap, but if you are short on cash fear not, we've spotted a stunning lookalike on the high street
WITH colder months approaching, we all need some stylish jackets in our wardrobe.
Balmain is selling a chic navy blazer that looks incredible but comes with a hefty price tag – thankfully you can pick up a high street version for a fraction of the price.
We can’t get enough of Balmain’s double-breasted wool-twill blazer, which looks perfect for chillier days.
The stunning jacket is tailored for a close fit and comes with internal shoulder pads and golden buttons.
Sadly, with an eye-watering price tag of £1,495, it might be well out of the average person’s price range, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out entirely.
This is where River Island has come up trumps as the shop is selling a near-identical designer double that will have people second guessing it in the street.

River Island has a £70 version – and it’s very hard to tell them apart.
Taking style notes from the Balmain original, the high street jacket has a woven fabric, double-breasted gold tone buttons and long sleeves.
Both of the jackets can be paired with jeans and heels for an instant day-to-night look.
And with £1,425 saving, who are we to argue?

Meanwhile, Missguided is selling a red leopard print blazer for £45 and it looks just like Koche’s £625 designer version.
For even more designer doubles, can you tell the difference between these £17.50 ‘knife’ stilettos and the £1,225 Balenciaga pair?
Plus these £20 New Look leopard print heels look incredibly similar to the Gianvtio Rossi £615 pair.
