Meghan Markle proves she is a natural with kids in a sweet encounter with young girl

FOOTAGE of Meghan Markle helping out at a community kitchen was released this week – but did you spot the sweet moment between the duchess and a young girl?

Meghan, 37, once again proved she is a natural with children as she was captured entertaining a little girl who was clearly delighted to meet the royal.

The small child could be seen playing with coloured bricks on the tips of her fingers, smiling at the Duchess of Sussex.

The adorable moment showed Meghan wiggling her fingers back at the girl, who lit up with excitement at the encounter.

The young girl’s eyes shone with happiness as Meghan played with the tot, and the former Suis' star's engagement ring visible as she playfully extended her hands.

The Duchess of Sussex has been helping with a new book produced by cooks from the Hubb Community Kitchen, an initiative based near the site of the Grenfell tower in London.

She first visited the kitchen in January and has made a number of other private trips to the centre to meet volunteers and learn more about their work.

It’s not the first time she has proved to be a natural with kids.

In Ireland back in July, she had a cute encounter with a little boy who stroked her hair during a royal visit.

She was pictured grinning and wagging her finger at three-year-old Walter after he became fascinated with her glossy locks.

Meghan could be seen bending down to speak to the young girl and appeared to be putting her at ease.
