You can get married at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s home Kensington Palace WITHOUT joining the royal family
If you are looking for a wedding venue that is fit for royalty, look no further
HAVE you dreamed of having a fairytale wedding that's fit for royalty?
You might be interested to know that you can actually get married at the spectacular Kensington Palace – Prince Harry sadly not included.
The stunning palace is where Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William and Kate Middleton live, so you can’t get more royal than that.
For your special day, you can choose from three beautiful spots in the well-pruned grounds, or four indoor spots if you need somewhere under cover.
For the indoor areas, couples can select the Entrance Hall, the Cupola room, King’s Gallery, or the King’s Drawing Room.
And if you want to tie the knot outside, the picturesque Sunken Garden is available, which fits 80 guests and was where Prince Harry and Meghan posed for photos after announcing their engagement.
This includes the services of a wedding planner, taxi service, daytime cleaning, on-site security and a private entrance to Kensington Palace for your guests.
Food, flowers, entertainment and other vendors need to be booked separately.
Of course the official royal apartments are off-limits to all guests, so sadly it’s unlikely you’ll spot little Prince George and Princess Charlotte playing around the property.
While not many people could top getting married at the palace, there are some requirements that come hand in hand with booking it as a venue.
You have to choose from the royal family’s preapproved vendors, which include 13 caterers, six florists, and two pyrotechnics for fireworks.
The recommended florists include Philippa Craddock, who supplied the incredible arrangements for the royal wedding – so you truly would be having a day fit for Meghan Markle.
You may not end the day as a member of the royal family, but it could be the next best thing.
Prince Harry had a VERY awkward encounter with one of his rumoured exes in Amsterdam in front of Meghan Markle.
We also shared the bizarre reason Prince Charles always looked taller than Princess Diana in pictures – when they were the SAME height.
And Kate Middleton’s brother James is now working as a tour guide at a Scottish hotel.
