Topshop has released a seventh version of THAT dress in this season’s hottest print – and fashion experts claim it’s the most stylish yet

It's the dress that keeps on giving

TOPSHOP obviously know when they're onto a good thing, because the high-street retailer has just released a seventh version of its must-have midi dress - and it's our favourite version yet.

The sell-out pinafore style has been released in a number of prints this year, and after flying off the shelves every time, it's become the It dress of 2018.

This time, Topshop has released a style in this season's hottest pattern: snake print.

The dress has the same midi-length pinafore style, but this time features a pleated skirt, instead of the original frill design seen on previous versions.

It's also slightly more expensive, now priced at £65.

And although it only dropped a few days ago, it's expected to sell out quickly, especially considering Topshop's snake print shirt dress flew off the shelves within days last month.

The high-street giant has released a whopping seven different versions of their must-have pinafore this year, in polka dot, zebra-print, retro floral, scarf print and a blue jacquard design.

Their latest snake-print would make the perfect autumn wedding guest style.

Now the weather has taken a chilly turn, layer over a long-sleeved high-neck top and team with a pair of killer heels for the ultimate wedding guest look.

With the retailer releasing so many sell-out looks this year, we spoke to fashion expert and freelance fashion stylist to find out why the dress has been such a huge hit - and why Topshop's latest style could be the most popular yet.

Megan - who runs the blog , told Fabulous Online: "The main reason why this dress has been so popular is because it's bang on trend with the prints.

"Polka dots were huge this summer, so it's no surprise the original version was an instant sell out.

"Animal print has been everywhere too, but moving into autumn-winter, the hugely-loved leopard print is beginning to be trumped by snake print and the versatility of this particular style makes it so easy to transition from summer to winter.

"Simply swap the barely-there heels for an ankle boot or a trainer and team with an oversized leather jacket for the perfect autumnal outfit.

"Fashion bloggers will certainly be all over this one."

We also revealed Marks & Spencer’s leopard print midi dress is an Instagram sensation already.

And we told you the ‘microtini’ trend loved by the Kardashians is for the brave only (but it’ll slim your waist and boost your bum).
