‘Mrs Hinch effect’ causes £1 cleaning product to sell out everywhere – and some people are even stockpiling it
MRS Hinch has sparked a cleaning revolution - and now one of her favourite products has sold out almost everywhere.
Over on Twitter, people are complaining that they're struggling to get their hands on disinfectant Zoflora.
Zoflora comes in 22 different fragrances, with Mountain Air, Linen Fresh and Springtime being Mrs Hinch's go-tos.
The 28-year-old - real name Sophie Hinchcliffe - dilutes the mixture with water and uses it to mop her floors.
She also splashes it on kitchen roll and places it at the bottom of her kitchen bin, to create a long-lasting fresh scent.
But the product - which can cost as little as £1 - has become a tricky one to find in shops.
Cleaning fans have been bemoaning their struggles on social media, with one tweeting: "Mrs Hinch is actually ruining my Zoflora needs. It’s sold out everywhere and I can't get my hands on it."
Another wrote: "I've always bought Zoflora and now that Mrs Hinch is popular there is no Zoflora in the shops."
It's not exactly surprising that it's disappeared from shops - people are buying the disinfectant in bulk.
Mrs Hinch's fans - who call themselves the #HinchArmy - have even been sharing snaps of their stockpiles.
Mrs Hinch has seen her Instagram followers skyrocket since her account went viral this summer.
The Essex hairdresser's page now boasts 1.1m followers, who are obsessed with her simple cleaning hacks.
She also shares tips for making cleaning fun, alongside pictures of her immaculately-decorated home.
Let's hope she doesn't run out of Zoflora anytime soon, eh?
