Topshop launches collection with Michael Halpern – one of Katy Perry and Amal Clooney’s favourite designers – here’s how you can get 20% off

IF you fancy honing your inner Katy Perry or Amal Clooney, we have news - Topshop has just released a collection in collaboration with Michael Halpern -  the designer who has dressed them.

And with prices starting at £40, you can dress like a celeb without the hefty price tag.

The 25-piece edit oozes glam and includes sequin bodysuits, bold block colours and a LOT of animal print.

There's also some gorgeous velvet styles, including a chic LBD.

From flared trousers, to glitzy jumpsuits, dresses and leotards, Topshop X Halpern screams party season.

Several pieces tap into the clashing trend, featuring both sequins AND bold animal prints (which perfectly sums up Christmas 2018, right?)

Halpern is loved by the likes of Katy, Amal, Adwoa Aboah and even Beyoncé.

Last year, the New York-born, London-based designer won the fashion award for British Emerging Talent - Womenswear.

"I think it’s fabulous that as a younger brand we’re able to work with Topshop, making the type of clothing we do for the main Halpern collection in an accessible way so more people can really feel the glamour," said the designer.

"I want the whole world to feel as glam as possible, and this type of collaboration is a fantastic way to accomplish that.

“...If you have a girl that likes something long and lean, we have this incredible strapless jumpsuit.

"Or if you’re the girl that likes to mix it with denim or a pair of black trousers, you can wear a bodysuit with that."
