Poundland poke fun at H&M X Moschino collaboration with its cut-price dupes
The hotly anticipated Moschino X H&M collection drops in stores today
THERE has been a lot of hype around H&M's X Moschino collection with people queuing round the block to get their hands on it.
But Poundland has poked fun at the designer partnership - which has prices ranging from £25 to £300 and including everything from dog outfits to earrings - with its own fashion brand.
Coinciding with its launch today, Poundland tweeted out a cheeky photo and comment mocking one of H&M's promotional shots.
Posting the original on , Moschino's photo racked up more than 23,000 likes.
Poundland shared the tongue-in-cheek post with their 117,000 followers on , and also posted the picture.
The high street store mocked up their own version of a trio of models posing in a supermarket, captioning it “Who wore it best? Moschi-NO.”
Taken in a Poundland, the models’ are wearing their affordable clothing brand, Pep & Co, which costs a fraction of the pricey collab.
In the original image, one of the model's outfit costs a massive £134.97 – and that’s excluding his socks and shoes.
But it seems not everyone thinks the Poundland gang look their best, with one person commenting: “The irony in that - yes, they did wear it better than you.”
