All the life changes Prince Harry has had to make to support Meghan Markle through her pregnancy, including NO tea and yoga sessions
It seems Meghan isn't the only one who's had to adjust to pregnancy
MEGHAN Markle will have made quite a few lifestyle changes throughout her pregnancy - but she hasn't been going it alone.
To support his wife, Prince Harry is also said to have cut a few things out. Here are some of the sweet ways he's followed Meghan's lead ahead of Baby Sussex's birth...
Giving up tea, coffee and alcohol
Meghan, 37, is said to have banned her husband from drinking hot drinks, and he's replaced alcohol with mineral water.
A source told the : "Considering he's been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it's quite an achievement."
On the couple's tour of Fiji last October, tweeted that both Harry and Meghan swapped champagne for water to toast at a royal reception.
Going on a health kick
Harry, 34, has also taken up yoga and increased his exercise, claims the Express.
Meghan's mum Doria Ragland is a yoga instructor, so the Duchess will know how great the discipline can be for both (pregnant) body and mind.
One unnamed friend of Harry was quoted as saying: "All [Meghan] did was show him there's another way to live and he's become a huge fan.
"He eats well, doesn't poison his body, exercises, does a bit of yoga and is a lot happier."
Trying a vegan diet
It's no secret that Harry and Meghan are foodies - after all, Harry did propose "over a roast chicken".
But in October, it was once again clear that the duo were trying to forge a healthier lifestyle - by experimenting with veganism.
"Meghan is a keen animal lover and likes to eat vegan during the week and she has a strict no-fur policy," an insider told .
"She has also been encouraging Harry to eat less meat and more fruit and veg."
Giving up shooting
When the Royal Family went on their annual summer holiday to Balmoral last August, Prince Harry skipped their traditional grouse hunt.
He also backed out of the hunt on Boxing Day 2017, so as not to upset animal-loving wife.
However, he did join brother Prince William and dad Prince Charles on the hunt for pheasants on the Queen's Sandringham estate this Christmas.
An insider said: "William and Harry spent the whole day on the shoot. Kate [Middleton] and Meghan joined them for lunch with the Queen and the rest of the royal party."
Whatever your thoughts on hunting, it seems they've nailed the compromising thing.
Quitting smoking
Back in March, Meghan is said to have persuaded Harry to quit smoking.
Technically, this happened before the ex-Suits actress fell pregnant. But at the time, it was a clear sign that Harry was gearing himself up for married life.
We can't imagine Meghan wanting smoke around her unborn baby, so it's great that he gave up when he did.
In more royal news, February is now the odds-on favourite for Meghan Markle to give birth.
Kensington Palace got the date of Kate Middleton's engagements wrong in their 2018 highlights.
And this Prince Harry lookalike makes £1k an HOUR and gets flown around the world for appearances.
