There are EIGHT different types of female orgasm from the A-spot to the ‘coregasm’ – and a sexpert has revealed how to try each one
Jodie Slee reveals how to get off through penetrative sex, in the gym and even without any physical contact
LOOKING to mix things up in the bedroom?
There are actually eight different types of orgasm a woman can have - and ' sexpert Jodie Slee has revealed how to achieve each one.
From A-spot pleasure to an exercise-induced 'Coregasm', achieving a sexual climax doesn't have to involve the clitoris.
Here's the lowdown on how to get your body tingling...
1. Coregasm
Pilates isn't just about keeping you in shape, it could get your pleasure senses tingling too.
Jodie explains: “This type of orgasm is rumoured to come from exercise like pilates, or activities that involve squeezing the thighs together.
“I suspect friction from repeated movements in fitted gym wear can also play a part!”
First coined by Alfred Kinsey in 1953, this type of orgasm is still a bit of a mystery, and seems to generally be unplanned.
2. Mindgasm
Single ladies rejoice! It's possible to hit the O-spot without any physical contact.
Sometimes called the Think Off, you can achieve this one by picturing your favourite fantasies and tensing your pelvic floor muscles (like you're trying to stop yourself peeing).
Jodie reveals: “The idea here is that you can climax without any physical stimulation, just using your thoughts to take you all the way.
“Some lucky women can also orgasm in their sleep.”
3. Hit the A-spot
Also known as the Anterior Fornix, the A-spot is located a few inches above the G-spot.
This means your partner needs to be very well endowed (or you need a large sex toy) to reach it.
Jodie explains: “The cervix can block the A-spot, which can make it difficult to find – but it is worth it. You need to go deep!”
4. Blended beauty
If you're after a really intense injection of pleasure, we recommend a Blended Orgasm.
To achieve this, you need to stimulate at least two of the pleasure points explained here at the same time.
The most famous sex toy for multiple stimulation is the Rampant Rabbit. .
Jodie says: "Most of us have a ‘tipping point’ that takes us from arousal to orgasm, meaning we introduce another area to the mix.
"You’re only limited by the number of hands (or toys) at your disposal!”
5. G whizz!
The mysterious G-spot is a collection of cells found on the front wall of the vajajay - and many sex toys are actually curved towards that area now, to make the most of it.
Love Eggs can also stimulate the area. .
6. Breast in show
It's also possible to experience a Nipple Orgasm.
Jodie reveals: “Nipples have plenty of nerve endings too.
"Sensations from the nipples travel to the same areas of the brain that sensations from the vagina, clitoris and cervix do, meaning some women can have orgasms from nipple stimulation alone.”
Nice one!
7. Bum deal
An Anal Orgasm can also be a very pleasurable experience, but the key here is to go slowly.
Jodie says: “The anus is flooded with nerve endings and the anal nerve moves through the same nerve that serves the clitoris.
“Further up into the rectum, stimulation will be picked up by the pelvic nerve, which is the nerve that responds to stimulation of the vagina and cervix.”
8. Sex-rated
For most ladies, the Clitoral Orgasm will be your go-to.
Somewhere between 70 and 80 per cent of women need direct clitoral stimulation to hit the O-spot at all.
Jodie reveals: “The surprising thing about the clitoris is that only a small part of it is visible (called the glans).

“The much larger part is intertwined in the whole vulva region and can be stimulated vaginally and, some say, anally too.
“So, more orgasms are technically ‘clitoral orgasms’ than you might have thought.”
