WHEN Meghan Markle married Prince Harry last year, the Royal couple's love story was likened to a real-life fairytale.
But now one of the Duchess of Sussex's former co-stars has revealed that Meghan "acted like a Princess" years before she even met her prince.
Appearing on the American chat show , Meghan's former co-star Gregg Sulkin said: "Everybody does know her as a princess, but in real life, she genuinely is also like a princess."
The London-born actor, 26, appeared alongside Meghan in the 2015 crime drama Anti-Social.
Describing what she was like to work with, Gregg said: "She is one of the classiest, the nicest, one of the most sincere and genuine people I've ever met.
"She was a superstar. To me, I'm so proud of the fact that she's part of my country's history in all honesty, aside from obviously having a personal relationship with her."
The British actor also said Meghan was a "class act" in how she has been dealing with media scrutiny.
He added: "I just think the way she's handling it - obviously the press of you know, it hasn't been easy for her.
"And she's stuck to her guns, which is 'when they go low, we go high' sort of mentality and I think she's done that. I think she's been a class act."
Towards the end of last year, rumours of a "rift" between Meghan and Kate Middleton began to circulate after The Sun exclusively revealed that the Duchess of Cambridge was reduced to tears over her sister-in-law's demands for Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress.
Meghan's role in the 2015 crime flop - which boasts a 25 per cent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes - was one of her last before she retired from acting and married into the Royal Family in May 2018.
Based in London, the crime drama followed a street artist - played by Sulkin - who put his career at risk by getting involved in a gang rivalry.
However, Meghan is best known for her role as paralegal Rachel in Zane in Suits while Gregg Sulkin starred alongside Selena Gomez in the hit Disney channel series Wizards of Waverly Place.
In more Royal Family news, bookies have slashed the odds on Meghan and Harry having a baby girl following a flurry of bets.
And Meghan's beautiful scrawl proves she's a "perfectionist" who "won't stop until she's got what she wants" a handwriting expert has claimed.
Plus The Queen sees Kate as an "equal and close friend" but views Meghan "more like a giggling grandchild", according to a body language expert.
