A MODEL mum-to-be was forced to delete her pregnancy announced after trolls slated her “tiny” baby bump.
Belle Lucia, 24, from Sydney, happily shared her four-month pregnancy announcement on Instagram yesterday to her 1.3million followers.
She wrote the caption: “So 1 + 1 really does equal 3? Mum + Dad #comingsoon #4monthspregnant #librababylikeme #stillmodelling P.s Not April fools. It's the 2nd here in the UK.”
The stunning model then added some videos to her Instagram Stories showing off her bump from the side.
Belle, who is currently in London, explained how she is still modelling for PrettyLittleThing during her pregnancy, and showed shots of her wearing bodycon dresses on the website.
Among the many messages from well-wishers sending their congratulations at the news, some people were shocked at her lack of a visible bump at four months.
One person said: “You don't look pregnant. I would have never guessed.”
Another added: “She'll be skinnier than me at nine months.”
But Belle replied to the criticism, and wrote: “I don't have a bump yet. Women grow at different rates. Just because I have no bump doesn't mean I'm not pregnant. Why would I lie about this?”
She also asked her mum followers when their bumps started to show.
Belle, who is half German and half Portuguese, also added a video of the ultrasound to her Instagram Stories, but deleted it shortly after.
She explained: “Had to delete my ultrasound video because people were being rude and creepy.”
The expecting mum didn’t share the comments online, but it's thought people had directly messaged their thoughts on the clip.
Belle recently shot a PrettyLittleThing shoot in Manchester and regularly posts sizzling pictures to her Instagram.
She was scouted to be a model at the age of 14, but it wasn’t until she finished her nursing degree that she did modelling full-time.
At the other end of the scale, bullies told this woman her pregnancy bump was "gross" and said it was so big she "must be expecting a horse".
Meanwhile this incredible video shows a mum-to-be’s giant baby bump just days before her triplets arrived.
