Mum claims Poundland’s 99p anti-dandruff shampoo cleared her son’s flaky scalp in just 10 minutes
The shampoo worked wonders in just one wash
A MUM has hailed a £1 anti-dandruff as “amazing” after it cleared up her son’s flaky scalp in just one wash.
Taking to the Facebook group , run by money saving mum Holly Smith, she shared the astonishing before and after snaps of her child’s locks.
She had purchased the XHC Ginger shampoo available for £1 at Poundland or 99p at Savers and was thrilled with the results.
Captioning her snaps she wrote: “Omg what a Bargain this is for 99p in saver also in Poundland this was my son’s hair 10 minutes ago used this ginger anti dandruff shampoo.
“This is the first time I’ve used it by the way, I can’t believe the difference. Beats paying loads for Head and Shoulders works amazing after just one go too.”
And it seems that fellow group members were equally impressed with her post receiving over 2,000 likes and hundreds of comments from those who attested the same.
One said: “Bought some of this yesterday its brilliant.”
“It’s fantastic I’m stocking up before it runs out” agreed another.
Others claimed that it is the dupe of version on sale at the Body Shop costing over seven times the price.
One complained: “No way I've just paid £7.50 for a bottle in the body shop.”
