From make-up to fragrances, sheet masks and brushes, Drew's vision was simple - create an empowering collection of beautifully straightforward, luxurious products.

Landing in the UK at the end of last year, it's still relatively new to us Brits, but ever since it arrived, beauty gurus haven't been able to stop raving about it.

Dubbed "the modern make-up remover" was created by founder Lizzy Pike after her friend revealed she was often too busy to remove her make-up at night.

With a 15-year background in technology, Lizzy found a solution - a non-toxic, environmentally friendly and cost-effective way of washing away the day.

Resembling a face sponge, the remover works by reaching deep into your pores to remove trapped dirt and make-up.

And it's so easy - simply wet with warm or cold water and gently wipe across your face.

The clever HaloTech fibres ensure that nothing goes back onto your face and when you're done, simply pop it in with your white/light colour wash.

It can be reused around 200 times and is available for £17 for a pack of three.

3. CYO Cosmetics

It seems everyone is talking about at the moment.

The affordable make-up brand arrived in the UK last year and has since taken the nation by storm.

The collection's USP is its clever multi-use qualities - in fact, CYO encourage their fans to "multi-task"  their make-up, using the same products for eyes, lips, cheeks and face.

For example, their contour stick works to highlight cheeks and define eyes, while their high pigment eyeshadows can be doubled-up as festival paint, too.

They've also got some rather high-profile fans.

In fact, make-up artist Hannah Martin - the mastermind behind Princess Eugenie's wedding make-up - swears by CYO's Sweeping Statement Metallic Eye Sticks - just £2.25 at Boots.

The best part is the entire collection is totally affordable, with everything is under £7.

It would be easy to walk past this no-frills range of cleansers and moisturisers in Boots, but bear in mind that it’s a big hit with dermatologists and one of America’s most popular moisturisers.

You’ll soon see past its low-key, clinical packaging.

Masterminded by dermatologists in 2005, all products are powered by ceramides (hence the Cera part of the name).

These hard-working lipids are a type of fat that make up 50 per cent of the skin’s barrier, protecting it from getting dry, itchy or irritated.

Its fragrance-free formula is great for sensitive and eczema- prone skin, and the moisturising hyaluronic acid makes it a hero for anyone suffering in the winter cold.
