Mum-of-one Meghan, 37, stunned at the Leicester Square premiere, and was seen giving her long-time hero Beyonce a hug at the event.

Drunk In Love singer Beyonce, 37, seemed just as star-struck with Meghan, and told her: "We love you guys. Your baby is so beautiful."

Beyonce and Jay-Z are parents to three children - two-year-old twins Rumi and Sir Carter, and seven-year-old Blue Ivy.

When Prince Harry asked Beyonce where her kids are, she replied: "They are not here. They don’t come on every trip. We left them at home. They would loved to have been here."

The Duchess of Sussex is officially on maternity leave, after giving birth to Archie on May 6, but last night’s event was her second public appearance of the weekend.

She also joined her sister-in-law, Duchess of Cambridge, 37, in watching close friend  Serena Williams, 38, play in the Wimbledon final on Saturday.

This follows the Sussexes "hiring a nanny", as the duchess aims to return to the spotlight.

Meanwhile, the US OK! magazine reported that Beyonce and Jay-Z have hired three nannies per twin at £79,000-a-year each and have two for Blue Ivy, so getting the advised "alone time" can't be too hard.

It is thought to be the first time the two women have met in person, but Beyonce is known to be a supporter of Meghan and did a heartwarming shout out to her when she won a Brit award in February.

The famous power couples embraced before watching the live-action remake of the iconic 1990s Lion King movie.

For the premiere, Meghan wore a black Jason Wu Mesh Panel Flared Dress with the price tag of £3,454.

She carried a small black Gucci clutch bag that cost £1,680 and the outfit was polished off with a pair of Aquazurra Portrait Of Lady Sling pumps worth £640.

Harry, 34, and Meghan met the cast and crew before watching the film as they attended to show their support in aid of conservation work through The Royal Foundation.

For the film's release, Disney announced the Protect The Pride campaign, aimed at raising awareness of dwindling lion numbers.

The Royal Foundation will be involved with and support the campaign.

Buckingham Palace said: "The Duke of Sussex has taken a deep personal interest in frontline conservation projects that work to protect Africa's natural heritage and support both wildlife and local communities."

Beyonce voices Nala in the live-action version of the 1994 Disney animated classic.

As well as voicing the lioness, Beyonce has created a musical tribute to the film - teaming up with some of her favourite artists for the album The Lion King: The Gift.

The singer has already been tipped for an Oscar - with fans predicting she will win the Academy Award for Best Original Song.

The movie also stars Donald Glover as Simba, James Earl Jones, who reprised his role as Mufasa from the 1994 film, and comics Billy Eichner and Seth Rogen as Timon and Pumbaa.

Meghan Markle was cruelly mum-shamed by critics claiming she looks like she’s about to DROP Archie and ‘doesn’t know how to carry him’.

She also made headlines after it was claimed her security team tried to stop tennis fans from taking photos of her at Wimbledon.

And she was met with a barrage of criticism, including from GMB host Piers Morgan, as reports surfaced she had been a "nightmare" to accommodate with her casual outfit and "self-regarding paranoia".
