A STOMACH-churning snap of a brazen woman boiling her stained knickers in a hotel KETTLE has caused outrage online.
The grim photo shows a clear kettle boiling with a pair of ladies' pants inside it - leaving the water sullied and brown.
A caption along with the pic - which appears to have been taken in Australia or New Zealand given the unique plug socket - explains the bizarre reasoning behind it.
The anonymous tipster told how she decided to use a hotel kettle after being caught short on a trip when her period started.
In a shameless note, she wrote: "Staying in a hotel, that time of the month comes out of the blue.
"Forgot to pack knickers so came up with a good way to quickly wash them. The hotel kettle!"
'FAST AND HYGIENIC'
She even insisted that her wretched trick was "quick, fast and hygienic".
But that was not the opinion of several people on Twitter - who reacted with horror at seeing the photo.
