WHAT'S the first thing you'll do after the lockdown lifts? Chances are, it's either rush over to see family and friends, bask in the sunshine outdoors or join the inevitably VERY long queue at your nearest McDonald's.

But if you can't wait until then to get your fast food fix, one McDonald's superfan has taken for one for the team by perfecting a Big Mac recipe at home - and it looks mouth-wateringly good.

Posting on the Australian Facebook group , the amateur chef proudly presented his Big Mac to the 30,000 other members.

The bloke explained how he'd bought a four-pack of beef brisket burger patties, seasoned them with salt and pepper before covering them in Coles' burger sauce.

In order to replicate the iconic McDonald's order, he then added shredded lettuce on top of the burgers along with pickles, onions and Dairylea cheese.

He added: "Bit cocky, but rating this 10/10 even without the [sesame seed bun]."

What's more, the devoted McDonald's fan also nailed the look of the Big Mac too by sandwiching a third bun into the middle of the burger.

And when asked if it tasted as good as it looked, the man joked it was like a "Big Mac on roids!"

"That looks spectacular," another fan added.

Meanwhile, a third gushed: "Nailed it!!"
