Stay up for 2022 with The Batch Lady’s espresso martini recipe
THIS week I’m bringing you a showstopper cocktail that is perfect for seeing in the New Year.
Cocktails can sometimes be tricky to make at home but these are super- simple to whip up and taste delicious.
My espresso martini base can be made in advance and frozen so you can grab it whenever you fancy a nightcap – though you may want to use decaf coffee unless you want to be up all night.
It’s been a difficult year for so many people so you deserve to put your feet up with a fabulous drink or two.
I hope you all have a wonderful New Year’s Eve, whatever your plans are.

- Ice, to serve
