Mum attracts army of fans with monster Yorkshire Puddings that fill entire oven
A MUM has attracted an army of fans stunned with monster Yorkshire puddings that fill her entire oven.
Victoria Rushton uses a family recipe to create battered behemoths measuring 23in by 21in.
Her mega roast accompaniments are big enough for an adult to sit in and would straddle two large plates.
And social media users love to egg her on after her daughter Stephanie Jones, 37, posted a snap of one online.
Yorkshire lass Victoria, 55, said she was “blown away” by thousands of likes and comments.
One user likened it to a boat, saying: “You could put to sea in that!”

The mother of three, above, married to Richard, 59, said: “It was just absolutely, ‘Wow’. I couldn’t believe it.
“People were saying they would like to see the size of my oven but it’s just normal size.”
The shop owner, of Barnsley, said she was taught the knack 35 years ago by her late father-in-law Frank.
She uses a deep tray that takes up a shelf, adds “plenty of eggs”, water, milk and some home-made gravy.

Victoria added: “They’re big enough for six.
“I always make them that big, unless it’s just me and my husband. I just love my own Sunday dinner.”
