I filled my entire freezer with discount meat after my local supermarket made a massive error – the whole lot was £30

A SAVVY shopper has shared the enormous haul of meat she got after she popped into her local supermarket.

Daryl Armstrong, a mum of two, was thrilled when she popped into Morrisons to see an array of groceries that was yellow-stickered.

She revealed that she was in the right place at the right time as the newly opened Morrisons store had ordered way too much stock that they needed to clear quickly.

Bargain hunters know that the yellow sticker is a sign that food items are massively reduced in price and the mum didn't hold back.

Posting her bargain food haul on the Facebook group, , which has 2.2million members, Daryl left people stunned with the amount she picked up.

She proudly showed off a picture of the food items, which she revealed completely filled her freezer up and of course, saved her loads of money in the long run.

Daryl picked up all of the meat which included sausages, an array of steak, bacon, diced beef, pies, and even some Chinese ready meals.

She wrote: "30 quid, local Morrisons just opened and they've ordered too much in for there the first week of opening!

"Freezers full."

Her post clearly impressed members of the group as it quickly amassed 1.3k likes and hundreds of comments.

Social media users were left stunned by her bargain finds and were eager to congratulate her on her haul.

One person wrote: "Right place, right time."
