Bargain-hunters go wild after spotting cut-price goodies in Farmfoods, including 9p drinks which are £2 everywhere else

BARGAIN-HUNTING shoppers are going crazy over deals at Farmfoods, including refreshing drinks for a mere 9p.

Between £1.50 and £1.60 - the average price you will pay for a Califia Farms Mocha Cold Brew Coffee. But according to money-saving foodies, you can nab the exact same product for under 10p.

As the cost-of-living crisis continues to make the prices soar, Joy Arthur, a mum from the UK, shared where to bag food for pennies.

She told fellow members of the on Facebook that supermarket chain Farmfoods was offering popular items on the cheap.

One such product she spotted whilst browsing around the budget retailer was ready-made white sauce for all the lasagne lovers out there.

Unlike other popular retailers, such as Morrisons, that charge over £3 for the sauce, Farmfoods offer the same product for 79p.

For the Italian cuisine fans, the store also has discounted pasta, scanning from as little as 39p or £1 for two.

According to the mum, you can also nab Napolina Romano sauce or a jar of rich ragù sauce for 39p.

Amongst the cheapest items she stumbled across was an energising cold brew coffee - this, the delighted shopper revealed, was selling for 9p.

Just as cheap was a 500ml bottle of Naked coconut water, which typically can be found priced between £2 to £3 in your local cornershop.

''Some good deals on at Farmfoods, pasta, various pasta sauces, chopped tomatoes and drinks,'' Joy wrote in .

Since being shared on social media, the post has already racked up hundreds of likes and dozens of comments.

But whilst some thanked Joy for sharing the news, others claimed to have never seen such prices in the supermarket.

One said: ''My local doesn't do cheap stuff like this I guess because it is small.''

A superfan of the store wrote: ''I bloody love farmfoods !

''They have fantastic offers on all the time .., sometimes these tomato based sauces & tins you find they might close to their best before dates but they last ages anyway,, and they’re often far better than the supermarket own ones and cheaper.

''Or often new products on the market too. They do a youngs chip shop fish for 99p which is almost £6 in Tesco [sic].''

Another penned: ''I got some bargains before. Chicken raiders 5 packs for 69p. You can't get them cheaper anywhere else.''

''Wish we had one of these in Northern Ireland,'' a fourth commented.
