Bridget Malcolm recently hit back at critics who say she's 'too thin'
A VICTORIA’S Secret model has revealed what she eats when she isn’t training for a big runway show – including an avocado-a-day and salad with EVERY meal.
Bridget Malcolm previously shared her gruelling day on a plate during show season, which included 14 hours without food and tofu three times a day.
Now the 25-year-old Aussie model has explained she isn’t always so strict, and eats a “much more varied and delicious diet” for most of the year.
But that doesn’t mean you’d find following her regime – which includes a GALLON of water every day and only one sweet treat per week – particularly easy.
Posting on , Bridget said she starts her day at 6am and drinks two litres of water first thing, waiting until half 10 to eat her breakfast.
She joked: “I am never hungry first thing in the morning – shock, horror, my metabolism hasn’t crashed yet – and never have been.”

She eats a “big serving of leafy greens” with lunch and dinner, and has salad with every meal.
Bridget also eats a whole avocado every day, at around 4pm, as well as snacking on cherry tomatoes throughout the day.
She follows a vegan diet, and eats both a handful of nuts and a serving of beans every day, as well as tofu for protein sources.
While she gets her carbs from sweet potato, quinoa, brown rice, beetroot and wholegrain pasta.
Bridget also limits herself to two cups of coffee per day, and only one dessert a week.
She added: “One cannot survive on vegetables alone. Doing a low-carb diet does work for weight loss, but it certainly is not one I endorse year round.”
Last month, Bridget hit back at criticism that she’s “too thin”.
Posting on her blog, she wrote: “I am by all means not ‘too thin’; I get my periods, can run for miles, and kick someone’s a**.”
She’s also shared her tips for eating out while on a diet – including snacking BEFORE dinner to the one thing she never eats.
And, from migraines to misery, we tried the Victoria’s Secret Angels’ pre-runway diet – including EIGHT eggs for breakfast one day.
