TREE-MENDOUS

Starbucks is releasing a Christmas tree frappuccino (but there’s a catch)

Instagram users have been sharing snaps of the sweet festive treat online

STARBUCKS is launching a frappucino that is apparently supposed to look like a Christmas tree.

But the limited-edition sweet treat is only available in US and Canada-based coffee shops until December 11, 2017.

The festive beverage has a Peppermint Mocha Crème Frappuccino as the base.

It is then topped with a ‘tree’ made from matcha whipped cream, and decorated with a caramel drizzle ‘garland’, plus candied cranberries as ‘ornaments’.

A strawberry ‘topper’ completes the colourful drink.

Instagram users have shared shots of the Yuletide frapp on Instagram.

The Sun Online has contacted Starbucks to see if the beverage will be making its way to the UK.

Last month, we revealed that Starbucks has released a second red Christmas cup – and the reason why is heartwarming.

Plus, the American coffee giant is set to launch a £3.99 meal deal – but it doesn’t include a hot drink.
