Cadbury discontinued the iconic Dream bar – here’s how you can get your hands on one

LIKE any sensible-minded person in the UK, we were devastated when they discontinued Cadbury's Dream Bars.

It was the white chocolate version of the Dairy Milk and it made us happy.

But, for some unknown reason, the folk at Cadbury's HQ decided people in the UK no longer needed delicious, melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate.

And while we haven't forgiven them, and won't for a while yet, we are delighted to report that you can now - once again - get your hands on a Dream Bar.

Because, although they aren't available in the UK, they are still available overseas.

And a canny South African company, Sanza, has started selling them online.

To be honest, they are a bit on the pricey side... but can you put a price on happiness?

The bars cost £1.80 for 50g and £5.45 for 200g.

Now, all we need to talk about is the escalating price of Freddo's.

We previously revealed how shoppers were loving Freddo hot chocolate.

And, in December, Cadbury secretly replaced one of the popular chocolate bars in its Christmas 

Meanwhile Cadbury's Christmas selection boxes have shrunk in size but still cost the same amount, thanks to the seemingly never-ending confectionery shrinkflation.
