FEELING FANTASTIC

I was so embarrassed by my ‘tiny’ penis I couldn’t use public toilets – but hero surgeon has given me 1.5 extra inches

'I'm not ashamed anymore and it's changed my relationship completely'

A MAN increased the size of his penis by 50 per cent and gave his sex life a major boost after undergoing enlargement surgery.

Tommy Mordecai was struggling to be intimate with his wife and even use public toilets from embarrassment over his "tiny" pecker.

The then-37-year-old sought help from his GP but made little progress so turned to the internet to find a solution.

He contacted International Andrology, which specialises in penis procedures, and opted to go under the knife.

In just 90 minutes, his girth when flaccid shot up by 1.5in (4cm) and his penis appeared significantly longer due to fat removal and redistribution.

Tommy, from Cheshire, was left with a new-found confidence - particularly in the bedroom.

He said: "My expectation was that I would possibly gain an extra half an inch at the most, but I've actually surpassed that so I am very happy with my result.

"Since the surgery, my sex life has improved; I'm not holding my back my desire to engage in sexual activity.

"It has made a real difference to my life and how I feel about myself.

"I'm able to go to public bathrooms and not feel ashamed if anybody sees me, and I can finally get changed in front of people.

"It's changed my relationship completely. I now feel comfortable standing naked in front of my partner and we've been able become intimate again which was something I struggled with."

Tommy first noticed he was different 'down there' after PE lessons as a teenager.

He feared he was lagging behind his peers, or that he'd never look they way did at all.

"The real turning point was when I was in high school," he said.

"We had showers and I just thought, 'I really don't want to go in there and for other people to see me' and 'I don't think I'm hitting puberty at the same time as everyone else'."

His self-consciousness worsened, and soon Tommy found even using getting changed to go swimming or using a public toilet near-impossible.

"I just felt really uncomfortable and just dreaded it," he added.

Despite his struggles, Tommy eventually fell in love and married his long-term partner.

While they had a "loving relationship", he felt the size of his penis was holding him back from being the man he should be.

"It just became a real issue for me and it affected my confidence. I felt really emasculated," he added.

In 2017, Tommy spoke to his GP about his options, but he was repeatedly given information on erectile dysfunction and mental health, which he didn't feel was relevant.

When he finally found International Andrology, everything clicked into place.

He booked in to have excess fat retrieved and then injected around his penis to increase his girth by 1.5in (4cm).

The average girth (measurement around the middle) for a man when flaccid is about 3.7in (9.5cm).

Surgeons also lowered the level of skin at the base of Tommy's penis to make it look longer, and divided the ligament the connects it to the public bone to push it forwards.

While this didn't increase the actual length of his penis, it has meant it now "hangs out more" while soft.

Tommy said he felt "fantastic" straight after the one-and-a-half-hour operation, and within a couple of hours he was able to return home.

"I believe my concept of my ideal penis size was just that it didn't look right, it didn't look the right size or shape for my body," he said.

"It wasn't in keeping with what I considered would be an normal size.

"But now, [it's bigger and] my mental health, wellbeing and relationship have all improved."

While not necessary, Tommy used a traction device (also known as an extender) up to four times a day to "enhance his gains".

He also didn't have sex for a month, despite feeling well enough to return to work within five days.

Tommy and his partner now hope to start a family, and they credit the surgery for allowing them that possibility.

He said: "In regards to the confidence in being able to produce a child, that is obviously occur a lot easier with me being more comfortable with the shape and size of penis and being to engage sexually with my partner more."

Tommy did not disclose how much his specific procedures cost, but prices at International Andrology start from several hundred pounds all the way up to £8,300.

  • Penis enlargement (filler)
  • Penile implant (for erectile dysfunction)
  • Adam Sensor (for psychogenic erectile dysfunction)
  • Botox

Tommy said: "The cost is worth it 10-fold because of your confidence and how you feel as a person afterwards.
