The iconic colonial home provided the setting for many scenes in the 1991 film, which starred Steve Martin and Diane Keaton.
Following the success of the blockbuster, which brought in an impressive £62 million at the box office, the house seller hopes that the property will also prove lucrative.
The four-bedroom home, in Los Angeles, California is on sale for a whopping £1.4 million.
The property, which spans 4,397 square feet, includes a modern interior, four luxurious bathrooms, a new chef’s kitchen, an A-grade security system and a 90 bottle wine fridge.
Since the house was built in 1925, it’s been upgraded with some swanky new features, including a three car garage and en-suite guest room.
