Make this delicious chicken curry in 20 minutes or less

Making dinner after a long day in work can be a real pain.
But it doesn't need to be with this curry in a hurry recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
1 x Red onion
1 x Clove of garlic
1 x Tablespoon of olive oil
1 x Teaspoon of fresh chilli
1 x Teaspoon of diced ginger
1 x Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 x Chicken breast
2 x Teaspoons of curry paste
4 x Tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1 x Packet of microwave rice

DIRECTIONS:
1. Chop the onion finely and fry in the oil on a medium heat.
2. Add in the garlic and chilli.
3. Drop in the tinned tomatoes and half a cup of water, before increasing to a simmer.
4. Add in the chopped chicken breast and curry paste and cover for 20 minutes until cooked.
5. While the chicken is finishing off, put the rice packet in the microwave and once it's all done, serve!
