Obese woman who was too ashamed to get naked around her husband drops SIX dress sizes in half a year
At her worst Rebecca Hendry struggled to leave the house and couldn't walk her kids to school
AN obese mum who refused to let her husband see her naked and wouldn't walk her children to school has dropped six dress sizes in record time.
Rebecca Hendry, 25, weighed 15st 3lbs at her heaviest and ate more than 5,500 calories a day, causing her to balloon to a size 22.
She gorged on 6,000 calories per day including crisps, sweets, chocolate, kebabs and chips.
Full-time mum Rebecca said: "My husband is 6ft 7in so he's a big guy and I'm only 5ft, but I was eating the same portions as he was and then two hours later eating a big bag of crisps and a family sized Galaxy bar in front of the TV.
"I got so huge. While Mark has always been so supportive and tells me that no matter what he'll love me I just didn't feel happy with myself.
"I couldn't face taking my clothes off or getting changed in front of him because I didn't even like what I saw in the mirror.
Rebecca's self-esteem became so low she barely left the house – and was too ashamed to walk her two daughters to school.
The 10-minute journey left her so sweaty and out of breath Rebecca was worried she would get laughed at or her girls would get bullied for her size.
But after realising how unhappy she really was, Rebecca decided to take action.
