Happy couple who fell in love in a coffee shop throw the UK’s first ever COSTA-themed wedding
The cute pair attribute their relationship to the popular café
A COUPLE has planned a Costa Coffee themed wedding after falling head over heels for one another at the popular café chain.
Loved-up Chris and Sarah Cummins believe their love brewed because of their shared passion for cappuccinos.
Since 2009, the pair have been meeting up at their local Costa for some romantic time spent sipping on hot drinks.
Over the years, Chris and Sarah have become such regulars that all the staff know them by name.
Their addiction is so strong that their favourite baristas even prepare their drinks for them before they’ve even ordered.
After Chris popped the question, the couple knew they’d want to pay tribute to their favourite coffee shop on their big day.
Knowing that Costa played such a huge role in their relationship, they decided to incorporate the high-street café chain into their wedding theme.
To mark the occasion, the Costa Coffee team even supplied the couple with their very own special coffee cart, which is the only one in the whole of the UK.
In tribute to their relationship, local barista Brendon Winter popped along to the ceremony, even serving coffee to the guests.
The bride and groom’s drinks were given an extra sprinkling of sparkle by a delicate heart design on top.
Blushing bride Sarah, from Witney, Oxfordshire, explained: "When Chris and I were planning our wedding, we knew we wanted to have Costa Coffee there.
"We used to meet there and we always think of it as 'our place'. The baristas are always so friendly and - of course - we love the coffee.

Priya Farish of Costa Coffee said: "Our baristas always aim to go above and beyond to make customers happy.
"When Sarah and Chris asked if Costa could come to their wedding, we were delighted to help and immediately set about getting hold of the only Costa cart in the country.
"Our barista Brendon always volunteers to help out and we knew he would do a fantastic job at the wedding."
