Man who’s spent over £300k to look like a KEN DOLL is having his 44th operation after his nose began to ROT
Brazilian Rodrigo Alves is spending £40,000 on the operation in a desperate bid to fix his face
THE air steward who is turning himself into a human KEN DOLL is set to undergo his 44th operation tomorrow.
Brazilian Rodrigo Alves has already splashed out a whopping £305,000 on plastic surgery in a bid to look like his plastic hero.
He suffered complications after his seventh nose job in February, developing necrosis which meant his flesh started to die and rot and he now struggles to breathe properly.
One Wednesday Rodrigo is due to have another operation, which will set him back a staggering £40,000 and see cartilage from his rib cage used to rebuild his nose.
Many doctors refused to do the surgery, but Rodrigo finally found someone in Berlin who agreed to it.
“I have consulted doctors all over the world and some have refused to operate,” he said.
“It is a risky procedure but Professor Sinis has agreed to try and help me and agreed to do the work.
“I am hoping he can help me as I’m quite desperate.
“There is a chance that my lung or lungs could collapse during the operation and I’ve been told there’s a 50 per cent chance of contracting necrosis again but anything is better than not being able to breathe.”

Rodrigo, 32, has never liked the way he looks and was brutally teased about his appearance when he was little, with bullies calling him “potato head”.
He went under the knife for the first time in 2004 after deciding to dramatically overhaul his body.
He now lives in London and has undergone a range of operations, including chest implants, gaining a fake six pack, hair transplants, Botox, eye lifts, face lifts and arm and bottom implants.
He ramped things up a bit over the last 12 months, lavishing £95,000 on 20 surgeries.
After his last nose job failed, Rodrigo received death threats as he initially said he needed it repaired on the NHS.
He developed a hole in his nose and his septum loosened, but eventually decided to pay for the reconstructive surgery himself so he didn’t have to wait for it.
It’s not the first time Rodrigo’s quest for the perfect body has risked his life – he previously tried to change how his biceps, triceps and shoulders looked by using silicone.
When the substance leaked, he was left arms which ballooned so much he couldn’t feed himself and he needed two litres of liquid drained away.
He was even told one of his arms might need to be amputated.
